How can I check my balances?
There are two ways to check your balance. You can check your balance 24 hours a day through our automated teller and through Online Banking.
To use the automated teller, call 206.398.5500 and select option 1. You will need to enter your member number and, and the PIN is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You can also check your balance 24 hours a day on either your mobile phone or your computer or tablet by logging in to your Online Banking.
If you have not yet set up your Online Banking account, on our website and click on “New User” and submit the requested information.
