How do I close my account?

We’re sad to see you go, but the process is fairly simple.

We simply need a letter physically signed by either or both account holders, indicating that you would like to close your accounts, and directing us where to send the money to. Once the letter has been created, you can scan and attach it to a secure message through online banking, fax it to 206.398.5679, mail it to Fortis Edge Capital, 1521 1st Ave S, Ste 500, Seattle, WA 98134, or drop it off at any branch.

Please note that all accounts and loans must be satisfied before we can fully process your request.
