How do I create a secure message?
You can create a secure message in online banking or the mobile banking app.
To create a secure message:
- In the Navigation menu, click or tap Profile > Messages.
- Click the "Compose New" link in the upper-right corner of the title bar. A new screen will display.
- Select the category that is most applicable to your message content.
- If your message is related to a specific account, select your account from the drop-down list.
- Enter Subject and Message.
- You can choose to be notified by email that a response to your message is waiting in your secure Internet Banking.
- Click "Send" to send your message.
