How do I search transactions while viewing account details?
You can search transactions that pertain to a single account on the Account Details page. Transactions in Account Details may have originated in online or mobile banking, or they may be other transactions such as debit card purchases, ATM withdrawals, or transactions performed at a branch. When searching in Account Details, the search option will search the transaction's description. Therefore, any term that appears in the transaction (such as "Check #2389") can be searched for on the Account Details page.
Note: You can use the search box or the advanced search feature separately, but you can't combine search and advanced search results.
To search in Account Details:
- Click or tap the account for which you want to search transactions.
- Enter keywords related to the date, status, type, account, or amount of the transaction(s) you are looking for in the Search field, then click Search.
When searching transactions in Activity Center, you can search across multiple types of information, not just the transaction description. For example, you could search "Transactions over $25" to see all transactions that are at least $25.01, regardless of type. Click here to learn more about searching on the Activity Center page. Please note that the Activity Center only contains transactions that were originated in Online or Mobile Banking.
