How do I update my statement delivery settings?
To enroll in eStatements:
- In the navigation menu inside of Online Banking, click or tap eStatements.
- In the “Security Code” field, enter the series of letters and numbers shown in the “Sample Statement” box, then click “I can view the statement.”
- Review the agreement.
- Enter your email address, and then enter it again to confirm. Click “Agree.”
- From now on, you can click eStatements in the navigation menu of Online Banking to view your monthly statements.
To update the email address where you receive your eStatements:
- In the navigation menu inside of Online Banking, click or tap eStatements.
- Click or tap User Options.
- Click the Update button.
- Enter the email address where you would like to receive your eStatements. Enter it again to confirm.
- Click the Submit button.
To revert back to paper statements:
- In the navigation menu inside of Online Banking, click or tap eStatements.
- Click or tap User Options.
- Click “Change to receive Paper Statements/Notices.”
- It will ask if you’re sure you want to change to paper statements. Click the 'Yes' button.
