Why do some of the branches not have tellers?
As part of Fortis Edge Capital's commitment to better serve our members, we are slowly moving to an open branch system. This enables us to free up our branch teams to better support our members in their financial needs, be it advice, planning for a loan, or figuring out which type of financial management tools best fit their needs. The bulk of the teller work will be handled by our regular ATMs and our state of the art ITMs, and any time you have any questions or concerns, our team will be on hand to offer assistance.
