How do I rename my accounts?

In order to change the account names themselves, please log in to your online banking, select the account, and then click on the "Change" link next to the account nickname in the Account Details section on the right side of the screen.

Can account transfers be performed between my Fortis Edge Capital accounts and other financial institutions?

To transfer funds from a Fortis Edge Capital account to an existing account you own at another financial institution, log into Online Banking. From the main menu, select Move Money, then External Transfers. To send funds to an account owned by someone else, select Payments from the menu.

There are several methods for setting up automatic payments. We have the Bill Pay option that allows flexibility for members to choose dates and amount for payments being made to external bank accounts, loans, bills, and individuals.
