To initiate a wire transfer, call our Member Services team at 718.952.1741, option 4, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. In order to initiate a transfer remotely, please call in from a number we already have on file. We’ll also need to confirm your identity through a series of security questions and then verify your address on file.

Domestic Wires submitted before 2 PM (Pacific Time) should process on the same business day; otherwise it will begin processing on the next one.
All International Wires must be submitted before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time).
