What is escrow?

In many cases the lender who holds your mortgage loan will be responsible for making sure that your property taxes and property insurance premiums are paid in a timely fashion. To do that, your lender will collect a certain amount above your designated monthly principal and interest payments and hold it in an account, called an escrow account.

I can't access my Visa Reward Points.

To access your uChoose Rewards points, log into online banking. On desktop, click on your credit card account or on mobile, go to Accounts > Credit Card Information. On the next screen click on the uChoose Rewards image below the menu on the left side of the screen.

How do I sort transactions while viewing account details?

On the Account Details page, the direction of the triangle icon in the column headings indicates the sort order. Pending transactions are always grouped together at the top of the list.

You can easily and conveniently send money to another Fortis Edge Capital member by setting up a member to member transfer.
