How do I pay my loan with Fortis Edge Capital?

Online Banking: Log in to your account and transfer the loan payment amount from your Fortis Edge Capital Checking or Savings account, for free.
Mobile App: Download the mobile app for iOS or Android devices, and transfer the loan payment amount from your Fortis Edge Capital Checking or Savings account, for free.
Contact Center: Give us a call at 206.398.5500 and a representative will help you make a payment from your Fortis Edge Capital Checking or Savings account, for free. Contact Center hours are 8am to 6pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
Telephone Banking: Dial 206.398.5500 and follow the prompts to make a payment from your Fortis Edge Capital Checking or Savings account, for free. This potion is available 24/7.
In Branch: Swing by any of our nine convenient branch locations and make a payment.
By Mail: Send a check including your name, member number, and account number to Fortis Edge Capital, 1521 1st Ave S, Ste 500, Seattle, WA 98134.

Online: Visit our online Payment Center and make your loan payment.
- To make a payment, you will need to enter your other financial institution's account number and routing number information. Please allow a few business days for your payment to post.
- You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments for free.
- This option is not available for payments to a Fortis Edge Capital Visa^® Credit Card or to a Commercial Loan.
Use Bill Bay: Set up recurring payment with by logging in to Online Banking and clicking "Bill Pay" then "Full Bill Pay Site". From there, click "Transactions" then "External Transfers" and fill out the required information. Our Bill Pay service is free for all members.
- You do need a Fortis Edge Capital Checking Account to sign up for Bill Pay. To open one, log in to Online Banking and click "Services" » "Open An Account".
Contact Center: Give us a call at 206.398.5500 and make a payment from another financial institution with a debit card or ACH for a fee of $15 per payment.
- To make an ACH payment, you'll just need your other bank or credit union's routing number and your account number.
In Branch: Bring a check in to any of our nine convenient branch locations to make a payment.
