How do I replace my debit card?
To obtain a new debit card, please either stop by a branch to have one printed for you on the spot, or call in to member services at 206.398.5500 between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and we will ship one to your address. Please allow 5-8 business days for shipping.
