How do I transfer balances from another loan or credit card?

If you're wanting to refinance your vehicle, boat, or RV, we'll be going through the steps with you once we have a decision on your loan application. If the loan request was to pay down another type of loan like a personal loan or line of credit, we can likely issue the check directly to that creditor if you provide us a statement showing the correct mailing address and account number. If you're looking to pay off a credit card, once approved you can call our contact center at 206.398.5500 and they will assist in the balance transfer.
