Where can I find payoff information for my loans?

If you’re looking for payoff information and are a signer on the loan in question, you may call in to member services at 206.398.5500, Option 4, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays to obtain payoff amounts. If you are a third party seeking the payoff on our member’s behalf, please fax a payoff authorization request to 206.398.5672 for mortgages, or 206.398.5888 for everything else.
